DUI Counseling and Therapy Services

Did you know you have the right to choose your own treatment agency? ADAD regulations prohibit anyone from influencing or forcing a person to sign with a particular treatment agency. If you feel you have been influenced or forced to sign with an agency the is not of your choice, you may petition the courts to have your voice heard in the matter of choosing the agency you feel most comfortable with and fits your learning criteria. You also have the right to leave any agency that you feel does not meet your learning needs without any backlash from that agency. Stay tuned for more did you know updates.

Daily exercise can help the brain recover from alcohol and drug use? That's right! Exercise lowers stress levels and releases endorphin's, which can alleviate depression, some of the same so-called benefits an addict receives from his drug of choice. Exercise also engages the lymphatic system, which cleanses toxins from the body. Detoxification is obviously important while trying to clear drugs from the system. Another often-overlooked benefit of exercise is simply that it gives the recovering addict a way to keep busy, something other than drugs to turn to during empty hours.
